VIDVIEW / TERMS

Terms of Use

Effective

VIDVIEW helps you inspect available download options and request supported media processing. It does not grant permission to use someone else’s content.

Using the service

Use VIDVIEW only when your access, download and intended use are permitted by applicable law, the source platform’s terms and the relevant rights holders. A publicly accessible video is not automatically licensed for download or reuse. If you do not have the necessary permission, do not submit it.

Review these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy before using the service. If you cannot accept the applicable conditions, do not use VIDVIEW. This pre-launch edition requires operator and jurisdiction review before public availability.

Third-party platforms and content

YouTube has its own restrictions on downloading, automated access and use of content. Permission from a creator does not necessarily satisfy a platform’s separate conditions. Review the YouTube Terms of Service and use official download or export options when appropriate.

VIDVIEW is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by YouTube or Google. Names used to identify supported platforms belong to their respective owners. Third-party content remains the property of its rights holders.

Availability and supported requests

Formats depend on the source and may change. A result is not a guarantee that a file can be delivered. Some requests fail because of restrictions, unavailable content, capacity or processing limits. VIDVIEW does not promise access to private, paid, members-only, deleted, region-restricted or DRM-protected material.

Temporary links expire. Interrupted work may need to be submitted again, and a service restart can lose job state. Do not use VIDVIEW as your only copy or backup of important material. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and restrict abusive use.

Your responsibilities

Provide only information needed for a request. Do not send account passwords, authentication cookies or another person’s private data. You are responsible for your device, downloaded files and subsequent use or sharing. Do not attack the site, evade limits or use automation that disrupts other visitors.

Service materials

VIDVIEW’s name, design and original site content do not transfer to you through use of the service. You may use the site for its stated purpose. These Terms do not remove rights granted by applicable law or by any relevant open-source license.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results. Nothing here excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow an operator to exclude. No unsupported liability cap, governing jurisdiction or dispute forum is assigned in this pre-launch edition.

Concerns and changes

Send questions to support@vidview.net. See Copyright & Rights Holder Requests for content concerns and Contact & Support for request guidance. Updated Terms will appear here with a revised effective date. Applicable legal provisions, including any required formal-identity disclosures, remain subject to owner and legal review.
